PALACE Contract PVA
CONTRACT PVA is a poly-vinyl acetate homo-polymer, formulated as a high viscosity emulsion. It is a safe to use, multi-purpose, water based primer, sealer & bonding agent, which can be applied to a wide range of porous masonry based building materials to improve the initial bond; adhesion and durability of a subsequently applied render, screed or adhesive coating.

PALACE Stop Dust
PALACE STOP DUST is a concentrated silicate solution for direct application to concrete where there is a need to harden and improve the wear surface to minimise dusting and abrasion. STOP DUST is ideal for use on exposed concrete floors in garages, driveways and and area where there are signs of the concrete being prone to wear & damage due to abrasion.

PALACE SBR Bond
SBR BOND can be used as a primer; bonding agent and sealer to improve, adhesion strength between tile adhesives and floor screeds on a range of surfaces. It can be applied to a wide range of building materials including those where contact with water is likely. SBR BOND reduces surface porosity, dusting and improves initial tack so that subsequently applied adhesives, renders or screeds can achieve a secure and lasting key.

PALACE Multi-Purpose PVA
PALACE MULTI-PURPOSE PVA is a safe to use, multi-purpose, water based adhesive, sealer & bonding agent, which can be applied to a wide range of building materials and applications not intended for contact with water. PALACE MULTI-PURPOSE PVA conforms to BS 5270 when used as a primer / sealer on porous surfaces and also complies with the requirements of BS EN 204 / D2 for use as a wood adhesive.

PALACE Tilers Primer
A waterproof primer; sealer and bonding agent to improve, adhesion strength and long-term durability of the joint between the adhesive and any surface substrate. It can be applied to gypsum plaster, old / worn concrete; sand cement screeds and render to reduce porosity, surface dusting and moisture absorption whilst improving initial tack and enabling adhesives to achieve a secure and lasting key.
